Holiday Delivery Surcharge Policy

To maintain our high standards of service during peak times and ensure the availability of our professional team, 1st Class Concierge Express applies a moderate Holiday Priority Surcharge on select national holidays. This fee accounts for increased labor costs, scheduling coordination, and limited availability during these high-demand periods.

  • Higher Labor Costs: Staff often expect holiday pay or bonuses.

  • Limited Availability: Fewer drivers are willing to work, increasing the value of availability.

  • Urgency and Expectation: Holiday deliveries are usually time-sensitive and emotionally important.

  • Traffic and Delays: Roads are often busier around holidays, increasing delivery time.
 
In addition:
 
Surcharges apply to all service types, including standard, white-glove, and event logistics.
 
Rates are subject to change based on delivery location and urgency.
 
Bookings made at least 7 days in advance may qualify for reduced surcharge rates (excluding Valentine’s Day and Christmas)

Sales Tax Disclaimer

All delivery service fees are subject to Florida state sales tax (currently 7%), which will be applied at checkout or invoicing unless a valid Florida Tax Exemption Certificate is provided.
 
If you represent a non-profit or tax-exempt organization, please email your current exemption form to info@1stclass-deliveries.com prior to placing an order. Once verified, your account will be updated, and no sales tax will be charged on eligible services.
